Amazon's Cloud Player

The thing that I've used most from this class so far is dropbox. Yesterday, I saw on gizmodo that Amazon has adopted a new Cloud drive. You can read more about the Amazon Cloud here. But today, I saw an article where they believe that the Amazon Cloud device may be illegal. Apparently, the device may require extra licensing. I think this is really interesting because music and legality should go hand-in-hand, I believe. Here's the link to the article about how the Amazon Cloud may be illegal. Surely Amazon would be able to come up with a device that would maintain website credibilty. The Amazon Cloud was meant to be a competitor to iTunes, but with this potential setback, Amazon could be in trouble.
